Alison Greenhouse is an internationally recognized executive business coach and a thought leader in transformative leadership development. She partners with the University of Delaware's Lerner College of Business, leading leadership courses to advance women in leadership. Additionally, Alison is a board member, public speaker, and recipient of the Eminence in Excellence Award. Nicole DeFalco

Nicole transforms leaders’ lives through learning. She has a knack for combining brain science, purposeful practice, and gameful engagement to ignite behavior change. By linking development strategies with company objectives, the solutions she designs and often facilitates improve people’s performance to propel their business forward.
Nicole found her calling at the start of her senior year at Northwestern University. Watching her mentor facilitate programs for leading Chicagoland companies inspired her to pursue learning development and facilitation. Her experiences as the manager of an instructional design department, account executive, vice president of an international sales training firm, and long-time entrepreneur, coupled with her MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business make her keenly aware of the business significance of learning. Organizations innovate and change only as fast as their people can learn. Today, Nicole works with organizations where people are the priority, passion is appreciated, curiosity is esteemed, and learning is valued as a strategic lever.

Monica Eboda is an Internationally acclaimed Executive Coach, Board Strategist, and Leadership Consultant who brings over 25 years of business leadership experience and expertise to help organizations, leaders, and business owners drive growth and profitability. Her focus is helping executives, women in business and emerging leaders unlock their potential, discover their true passion, and ascend to extraordinary levels of performance.
As co-founder and Partner at Bridge to the Boardroom, Monica works with executives locally and globally to coach, guide, partner, and equip them with the tools, and resources to support their unique journeys to the boardroom. She has extensive experience across various industries including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Legal, Professional Services, Manufacturing & Logistics, and Non-Profits.
As President & CEO of ImagineX International, an executive coaching practice, Monica partners with bluSPARC, as an Executive Coach, Consultant, and Board Strategist to help coach and prepare c-suite executives for paid board positions. Furthermore, Monica partners with the University of Delaware, Lerner College of Business, and Women’s Leadership Initiative as a faculty member. In this role, she develops and delivers leadership certificate courses to help advance and elevate women on their respective leadership journeys.
Her achievements and successes were recognized in 2011 when she was named a “Woman in Business” by the National Association of Women’s Business Owners (NAWBO). In 2019, Monica was named “Talent Person of the Year” Finalist by Delaware Business Times (DBT) in partnership with the Delaware Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 2022 Monica and PrideStaff were named “2022 Minority Business of the Year" finalists.
Monica has and continues to serve on numerous boards and impactful committees. She has earned a variety of certifications and training including Coach Master Toolkit (CMT-WBECS 15 months), GAP International: Executive Challenge Course (9 months), and Executive Mastery (12 months). Other certifications include Marshall Goldsmith’s Coaching Collections, Taking Flight with DiSC, and EQ Certified trainer.
